Here's what you'll be doing
- Support the Head of Data in delivering the data strategy and optimising data management capabilities.
- Build, deploy, and support effective data delivery solutions, interfaces, and reporting platforms with a focus on cloud technologies.
- Lead the implementation of a Modern Data Platform and migrate legacy systems to cloud-based infrastructure.
- Deliver consolidated business data, data optimisation, analytics, and senior-level reporting to enable the organisation to leverage data effectively.
- Advocate for data as the organisation's #1 asset and ensure adherence to high standards.
What we need from you
- Experience in developing data solutions to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in data handling, analysis, and manipulation of complex datasets.
- Knowledge of data warehouse methodologies, such as the Kimball Methodology.
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabri or Synapse, MS Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server Management Studio, GitHub, DevOps, and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication skills to interact cross-functionally at all levels.
- Technical background in data engineering or software engineering with experience in developing scalable platforms.
