We are looking for a Front End Digital Application lead to join our Digital Technology team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is paying from £58,693 to £71,634 with a market leading benefits package.

Here's what you'll be doing

npower Business Solutions (nBS) Industrial & Commercial (I&C), which is a division of E.ON UK, is a leading provider of business-to-business (B2B) energy in the United Kingdom. With a customer base of over 22,000 and approximately 250,000 meter points, nBS is one of the largest suppliers in the country.

At present, nBS operates several digital applications. However, the company's objective is to consolidate these applications into a single, top-notch digital platform that offers the best possible experience for its customers. By doing so, nBS aims to enhance efficiency and provide a seamless digital experience for its clients.

  • Deliver creative concepts, designs, and customer-led features for digital products
  • Ensure brand, design, and UX consistency across all nBS digital applications
  • Craft short- and long-term product visions and strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and agile product teams to build roadmaps
  • Conduct user research, usability studies, and market validation
  • Analyse usage data and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure security and compliance of nBS digital applications with DT&C and E.ON IT policies

What we need from you

  • Five years of experience in digital product management or similar role
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation, and negotiating skills
  • Experience in usability and customer-focused design
  • Business aptitude
  • Passion for building great applications to solve customer and business problems
  • Knowledge of Hubspot
  • Influencing skills
