This will mean that answering and making calls, responding to emails and fixing issues with accounts is a core part of the role. This is vital to ensure we deliver a great customer experience throughout their journey with us.
Please note that this role may end early if we recieve a high number of applications. Please submit your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
