What will you do
-
Be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of accounts receivables postings, closing tasks, and financial and regulatory reporting tasks

Review service delivery performance, ensure compliance with the process framework - including policy - and customer-specific procedures, and act as the escalation point for customer complaints

Deliver quickly and accurately information and data concerning external auditor requests

Manage employees in the Accounts Receivable Team

Constantly monitor the team's performance and act as a role model, initiating problem-solving and process improvement analysis. Be responsible for employees' development plans and performance reviews

Actively manage and supervise financial and regulatory reporting tasks, providing general leadership to the team members, managing task allocation, and focusing on people development

Education/Training:

Undergraduate University Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or similar

Strong accounting background with a professional financial certification, for example CPA, CIMA preferred

Professional Experience:
-
At least 4 years experience in Accounts Receivable process or similar accounting processes in multinational, corporate environment
-
Experience with reporting process within multi-national corporation preferred
-
Experience of team leadership preferred
-
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, regulations, and procedures

Skilled in process improvement, problem solving and process automation
-
Experience in dealing with sensitive information, excellent organizational, administrative and planning skills are essential

Languages: Fluent communication in English and German
