Our Team

We are the hub for managing and optimizing banking operations, cash pooling, and financial resources across the Holding and Italian subsidiaries. Our focus is on liquidity management, financial planning, and implementing innovative tools to ensure smooth and secure payment processes. Collaboration is key, we work closely with other departments to drive efficiency and deliver outstanding results for our stakeholders.

Your Field of Play

• Take ownership of treasury operations by executing payments, registering incoming cash flows, and ensuring accurate bank accounting
• Monitor and analyse financial flows to provide quarterly and annual reporting that supports strategic decisions
• Manage banking documentation and guarantees while ensuring compliance with KYC processes and regulatory standards
• Drive process optimization by supporting special treasury projects and introducing new tools for greater efficiency
• Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals and deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes

Are You Our Playmaker?

• Education matters: you hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field
• Technical expertise: solid knowledge of treasury processes and experience with SAP and Inbiz systems
• Tool-savvy mindset: proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and openness to learning new software
• Analytical and proactive: you combine strong problem-solving skills with curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement
• Communication counts: you bring commercial awareness, clear communication, and fluency in English to connect effectively across teams
