What will you do            
    

• Plan, organize and coordinate S/4U Testing Activities (both Line and Project Testing)
• Regular calls & workshop preparation
• Preparation of Test Scoping for various testing phases
• Creation of Test Plans, Test Cases
• Administration of rights and roles and accesses of local testers & Central Team / Onboarding of testers / new colleagues
• Offers SolMan trainings for testers
• Responsible for Operational Reporting
• Quality Assurance of testing activities, test cases, internal processes
• Operational Guidance for Process Experts and Testers within Testing & Defect Handling
• S/4U United contact person for E.ON accounting processes automation, operational support for Test Automation
• Responsible for Test Automation related topics: Automation Backlog, Test Plan generation and maintenance, contacting CPE or BOS teams for defects resolution
• Provides functional and operational support to transactional teams from the Finance and Accounting departments, proactively assumes responsibilities within group projects, has a deep knowledge on accounting processes, acts as key contact person for cross-functional complex problems
• Request management – analyzes requests, coordinates IT implementation
• Provides process expertise for the shared service centers, accounting business partners and accounting departments across the E.ON group, responsible for escalation of high complexity process problems and ensures operational continuity

How do you know you are the right fit
            

• Education/Training
  • University degree with proven competencies in: Mathematics, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management.
  • Extended accounting knowledge
  • Expertise in Strategy and Process Management
• Professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in similar processes in a multinational company
  • Knowledge of accounting processes, procedures and practices, legislation and involvement in international projects
  • High capacity of analysis and conceptual thinking
  • Experience working with Solution Manager could be an advantage
• Foreign languages
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)
• IT knowledge
  • Good command of the MS Office package with accent on Excel
  • Excellent command of SAP FI
  • PowerBi would be a plus
