What will you do

 

  • Implement and optimize internal compensation and benefits systems, managing material aid, value vouchers (e.g., meal, gift, tourism, etc.), as well as other benefits according to the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) 
  • Ensure the accuracy of supporting databases and perform the actual calculation for the payment of the annual performance bonus or other categories of special bonuses, transmitting the resulting amounts to payroll
  • Coordinate data collection for medium-term planning (MTP) and short-term forecasting (FC) for expenses and headcount compared to the budget and forecast, analyze deviations and financial risks
  • Plan and create provisions and estimate related to personnel expenses
  • Verify the accuracy and consistency of data in reports and databases
  • Provide support and information in its area of expertise during internal/external audits or authority inspections
  • Perform analyses based on requested needs, identifying the most suitable data sources and delivering relevant analyses
  • Define procedures and instructions relevant to its area and ensure their update and implementation for optimal functioning of specific processes, reducing redundant activities and corrections (including in HR systems)

 

How do you know you are the right fit

 

  • Education/Training: Completed university studies, ideally in the economic field
  • Professional Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance/Human Resources
    • Relevant experience in financial analysis, expense planning, compensation & benefits is an important advantage
    • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Languages: Advanced level of English
  • IT skills:
    • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and experience working with HR or Financial ERP systems (SAP-HR, Oracle is an advantage)
    • Experience with Access, Power Query, Tableau or Power BI, SQL is an advantage
  • Other: 
    • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, planning and control, organization and structuring of information
    • Attention to detail, meticulousness, ability to handle large volumes of data and information
    • High degree of autonomy and commitment, proactive attitude
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
