What will you do

• Use insights from extracted data to inform strategy and decision-making processes
• Contribute to automation solution design sessions in Accounts Payable using AI, validate assumptions, and define process requirements
• Collaborate with IT and AI teams to develop and implement scalable automation solutions, ensuring consistency and availability across all company codes and countries within the group
• Provide support to transactional teams in Finance Departments, proactively take on responsibilities in group projects, have a strong understanding of accounting processes and a comprehensive overview, acting as a contact person for complex, cross-functional issues
• Act as a special representative for AI solution changes, manage requests, and coordinate with IT and development teams
• Collaborate with E.ON stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and specifics
• Provide process expertise to automation teams (e.g., Hypathos) or for specific requests when addressed

How do you know you are the right fit

• Education/Training: University Degree and proven competencies in one or more of the following fields: Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business
• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and related processes within a multinational company
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing)
• Languages:
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of German is a significant advantage
• IT skills: 
  • Strong proficiency in SAP FI
  • Skilled in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, SAP BI)
• Other: 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
