What will you do

Coordinate Invoice Processing for Sweden, Belgium & Netherlands Team

Be responsible for the monitoring and leading an assigned Accounts Payable team
-
Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across company of agreed policies and procedures
-
Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes as specified by relevant service level agreements, escalating queries and complaints (1st level of escalation)

Support team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements

Be the role model for service orientation and service culture

Provide technical and process guidance and support to the team members as required
How do you know you are the right fit

Education/ Training: University Degree/BSc preferably in Economics/Accounting or equivalent

Professional Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience & exposure to leadership/coordination tasks (preferably in a SSC environment)

Proven knowledge of finance, accounting processes and process improvements

Proven people management and problem solving skills

Languages: Advanced English language skills (both written and spoken)
