What will you do

• Build technical solutions that meet business requirements and system constraints.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to clarify and validate requirements.
• Work with architects, tech leads, developers and data scientists to deliver data-driven features.
• Evaluate third-party APIs and map external data models to internal domain models.
• Maintain high standards for clean code and scalable architecture.
• Proactively identify, communicate, plan and execute refactoring when needed.
• Monitor production dashboards, alerts and cloud services.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve critical customer incidents that impact system availability.
• Develop, test and release hotfixes or temporary workarounds to restore service quickly.

How do you know you are the right fit

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience, with strong Python expertise.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications (LLM, NLP, or ML-powered features).
  • Solid understanding of agentic AI concepts (tool use, planning, memory, orchestration, multi-step workflows).
  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, JSON/schema mapping, and transforming external data to internal domain models.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms and containerized deployments (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with observability and operations: logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards, and incident response.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and deliver reliable hotfixes quickly.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, refactoring and maintainable architecture.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product, architecture and data stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery practices.

  Nice-to-have 

  • Experience with modern LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines and evaluation of AI system quality.
  • Experience implementing AI safety/guardrails, prompt versioning, and model monitoring in production.
