What will you do

• Deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements and system constraints.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are clearly defined and fully understood before implementation.
• Work closely with solution architects, tech leads and developers to design and deliver robust, scalable features.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, mapping external data models to internal domain concepts.
• Actively contribute to team alignment on development topics, technical decisions and best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable code and uphold architectural standards across the codebase.
• Identify and communicate technical debt, plan and execute refactoring initiatives proactively.
• Monitor production dashboards, alerts and cloud services during business hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve critical customer-reported incidents to restore and stabilize production systems.
• Develop, test and deploy hotfixes and workarounds swiftly to minimize service disruption.

How do you know you are the right fit

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience in a professional environment.
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming skills with a solid understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Proficiency in Java, with experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
• Solid experience with SQL and the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Proven ability to analyze problems systematically and deliver practical, well-reasoned technical solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and experience working within automated build and deployment pipelines.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with private and/or public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or event-driven systems.
