Join Our Team as a Heating and Generation Supervisor
Are you passionate about ensuring safe and efficient heating and generation solutions for customers? E.ON Energy Installation Services is seeking a dedicated Heating and Generation Supervisor to play a pivotal role in our mission to provide affordable solutions to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
As a Heating and Generation Supervisor, you will drive a culture of safety excellence among our installers while overseeing the successful completion of installations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating a safety-first culture among our installers, ensuring every job is completed safely.
- Conducting PRISMA investigations and technical audits to maintain quality and compliance.
- Managing a team of direct labour and third-party installers, optimizing their utilization and compliance.
- Establishing and maintaining strong communication channels between the office and field, facilitating clear problem-solving.
- Performing supervisory activities such as site audits, work-in-progress inspections, and generating management reports.
- Handling installation, maintenance, service, and repairs of plumbing, heating, and ancillary systems for domestic customers.
- Ensuring service level agreements and targets are met, with a strong focus on safety, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and complaint resolution.
- Maintaining up-to-date job-related documentation and other administrative tasks.
- Staying informed about relevant technology and equipment to support our business and customers.
- Enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures, fostering a leading health and safety culture.
- Monitoring, measuring, and auditing performance against time, quality, and safety indicators to drive continuous improvement.
What we need from you
Essential
- Experience of installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating and/or PV systems in domestic premises.
- Experience of installation process of equipment, plant and equipment
- Excellent fault diagnosis skills
- Minimum qualifications – CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, HTR1 and ideally DAH1, MET1 & CPA1 OR - C&G 2391-52 - 18th Edition and/or QCF aligned Solar PV course
- Knowledge and understanding of, Electrical or heating and ancillary systems, equipment, plumbing and devices
- Ability to maintain and produce accurate administration documents
- Good written and oral communication skills, face to face and over the telephone
- Knowledge of Gas Quality/ Electrical Auditing
- Knowledge of role specific safety practices ie Scaffolding, Asbestos, ladder safety.
- Experience of managing field based activities in a quality-focused and target-driven environment.
