Here's what you'll be doing

We need an excellent communicator and self-starter to get involved in a broad range of communications and engagement activities, where you'll be supporting E.ON Next , the newest face in the E.ON Group of companies, to deliver business results and transformational change.
What you'll be doing
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and creating impactful communication plans to meet business goals.
- Bringing fresh ideas and driving change with new approaches, while being hands-on in creating and delivering engaging content (articles, posts, events).
- Ensuring every team member feels informed, engaged, and connected, no matter where or how they work.
- Measuring and enhancing communication effectiveness to continually raise our game.
- Primarily supporting E.ON Next while collaborating across the wider UK Internal Comms team to coordinate and deliver initiatives across all areas.
What we need from you
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in communications and is looking to grow and refine their already strong communication skills. You’ll have:
- Excellent writing skills with experience in content creation
- A solid understanding of our business strategy and goals
- The ability to engage and communicate with a variety of audiences.
- Willingness to take ownership of campaigns and always strive for the best possible result.
- Strong team working skills and the ability to build connections across the business.
- A self-starter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment to meet challenging deadlines.
- A strong interest in communication and new developments within the communications and engagement sector, such as AI.
