Here's what you'll be doing
- Design and manage the performance reporting of the UK Digital Technology (DT) department, ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes.
- Collaborate with DT leadership and stakeholders to create an adaptable performance reporting framework.
- Maintain and publish monthly DT performance reports, providing valuable insights through stakeholder collaboration.
- Support the preparation of Performance Dialogues (PDs) with key stakeholders to c suite level, offering narrative and interpretation for performance data.
- Develop and execute a multi-channel DT communication and engagement plan to inform colleagues and celebrate successes.
- Manage the delivery of DT Floor Talk and DT Annual Conference, ensuring alignment with communication plans and budget.

- Experience in translating strategic initiatives into measurable targets and implementing performance processes.
- Strong business and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.
- Passion for technology and digital innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver results within challenging timelines.
