Here's what you'll be doing
You’ll establish and lead a consistent, proportionate approach to business readiness across the DT&C portfolio, including:
- Defining and implementing a standard Business Change Impact & Readiness Assessment (BCIA) approach
- Identifying people, process, system, training and comms impacts early
- Coaching Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and SMEs to frame change in business terms
- Coordinating readiness activity across impacted business areas
- Providing evidence-based readiness insight to influence go-live decisions
- Creating portfolio-level visibility of readiness risk, change collisions and business capacity
- Developing dashboards, metrics and reporting to support decision-making
- Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving readiness and adoption practices
- Developing supporting processes and artefacts to clarify ownership and standards
- Ensuring readiness principles adapt to Product / DevOps ways of working
- Working closely with the Portfolio Manager on forward planning and horizon scanning
What we need from you
Essential experience:
- Strong background in business readiness, change or transformation delivery
- Ability to clearly assess and articulate business and people impacts
- Experience coordinating readiness, training and adoption activity
- Delivery experience within major transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Experience working in Agile, Product or DevOps environments (or transitioning to them)
- Comfortable operating across multiple initiatives in complex environments
- Able to influence without authority and motivate colleagues at all levels
Desirable:
- Experience designing learning or enablement solutions
- Using data, dashboards or reporting to support decisions
- Building or evolving change/readiness capabilities
- Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
- Tooling exposure (e.g. Power BI, Jira, Asana, Excel)
