Here's what you'll be doing

npower Business Solutions (nBS) powered by E.ON is a leading £5 billion revenue business with a vision to become the number one B2B energy supplier in the UK. We serve approximately 60,000 customers and manage around 300,000 meter points in the Industrial and Commercial (I&C) sector.

nBS are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our digital marketing and customer-facing digital interfaces across I&C. This role, in collaboration with the Digital and Marketing Strategy Manager, will be responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy, covering UX design, front-end digital application development, website management, SEO, and PPC marketing.

The successful candidate will lead a team of specialists across UX, Front-End Development, Website Management, and Digital Marketing, ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategy for digital user experience.
  • Define and execute the strategy for all customer-facing platforms and applications across nBS, focusing on front-end features and development.
  • Oversee the strategy, roadmap, and management of the nBS website.
  • Lead the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy, including SEO and PPC.
  • Own and manage the digital marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a robust reporting framework and structure.

  • Graduate-calibre background with foundation in digital marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage virtual teams and coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure, meeting demanding deadlines and targets.
