In this role you will provide pivotal support to the delivery of a range of key products. You will be focused across all stages of product delivery, with responsibility for modelling and evaluating individual deal opportunities, assessing the impact to overall P&L and communicating to the relevant senior stakeholders. In a rapidly developing PPA market, the role may evolve to support further areas, where similar activity is required.
The individual is a key member of a team that evaluates deals of significant financial value and ensures all risks are considered and mitigated where possible within a DoA framework.
In addition, the post holder is responsible for managing information and data flows with key stakeholders outside of I&C, including but not limited to Finance and Energy Markets.
Main responsibilities of the role

Monitor source data quality and resolve or escalate issues effecting desired outcomes. Manage technical constraints (e.g., SQL run-time limits) and coordinate technical support when required. Identify and escalate changes to data structures/fields or model performance risks.
- Pre-contract HH Data assessment: Execute the pre-contract HH assessment process end-to-end in line with agreed timelines. Manage HH datasets, run optimisation models and quality check outputs responsible for pipeline management and issue results to Sales.
- Pipeline & pairing management: Maintain the sales pipeline and HH dataset assessment process across I&C Sales in a manner to optimise value across I&C. Coordinate and validate inputs to ensure data accuracy. Facilitate weekly validation reviews and track actions to closure. Ensure governance and controls are maintained across all inputs and stakeholders. Track contract status and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Deal Analysis: Ensure outputs support forecasting, finance reporting, and key decision stages. Investigate and resolve discrepancies prior to publication.
- Live contracts – Data recording & setup: Set up live contracts by compiling and validating contractual data. Manage required file uploads and confirm readiness for HH data assessment and payment processes. Maintain an audit trail of inputs and approvals in line with process requirements.
- Live contracts – status & change management: Track and implement contract changes across the lifecycle (e.g., removals, exemptions, terminations). Keep contract records accurate ahead of payment and reporting milestones. This will include governance of timing and value calculations. Communicate change impacts clearly to effected teams and update trackers accordingly.
- Validation of monthly HH data assessment: Validate monthly HH data assessment outputs against agreed tolerances. Investigate exceptions and resolve data and/or cost discrepancies. Document findings and corrective actions to improve future HH data assessment cycles.
- Monthly statements – supply: Validate, and issue monthly indicative statements to customers. Deliver outputs in line with contractual timelines and agreed formats. Respond to stakeholder queries and provide supporting analysis where needed.
- Industry reporting support: Produce volume reporting to support industry submissions. Coordinate inputs with Energy Markets datasets and stakeholders. Quality check outputs to ensure regulatory reporting accuracy and consistency. Support Regulations with any Audits.
- Reporting to Finance: Deliver monthly and ad hoc benefit outturn reporting to Finance. Ensure transparency of volumes, costs, and party-level detail via self-service and automated outputs. Reconcile and explain variances, escalating material risks where appropriate.
- ROC forecasting support: Produce and maintain HH volume forecasts. Issue quarterly forecasts and monthly actual replacements to Energy Markets and Finance as required. Maintain assumptions, inputs, and version control for auditability.
